Cottages are not serviced daily, however, should you require a service clean we can arrange this for a $45 cleaning fee (2 days notice required for cleaning staff).
Longer stays will have a service clean scheduled once a week for no charge.

Log Fire: (Available May to September)
Cottage also fitted with reverse cycle airconditioning for either heating or cooling. Due to fire safety management policy/restrictions, use of log fire is not permitted during the months from October to April each year.
Please note that on arrival one 18kg bag of firewood (various sizes, plus jiffy lighter) will be supplied. Extra supplies of firewood and jiffy lighters will be available from reception. Firewood $13 per bag, jiffy lighters $2 for 10.
TV Reception:
There are four main TV Channels: ABC, GWN, SBS and WIN. As we are situated with many trees surrounding the property, signal strength on some days is limited and effects TV reception (particularly WIN).
Payment Options:
Preferred payments options are EFT (online banking), direct bank deposits, cash, cheque, EFTPOS facilities in office, or credit card (mastercard or visa only).
Please note a 2.4% surcharge for credit card transactions.
Booking Confirmation:
Bookings are not confirmed until deposit is received. Please read conditions, as once deposit is received you will be bound by our cancellation and conditions policy.
Conditions:
We have a two night minimum stay requirement on weekends. One night stays may be taken during the week between Sundays and Thrusdays, however, specials will not apply to one night stays and they will be charged at the applicable standard nightly rate quoted at the top of this page. One night stays are payable in full in advance of stay.
Rates may alter slightly or vary without prior notice.
Cottages are to be left clean and tidy (eg. dishes to washed, dried and put away), with any breakages reported to management. An additional fee will be charged of $45 for cleaning if cottages are left in an unsatisfactory condition.
Cancellation Policy:
Please book carefully. We are a small business. By taking your booking we hold the cottage especially for you in good faith. it is often difficult to rebook if cancelled at the last minute. A 50% deposit is required to confirm the booking within 7 days of initially making the booking. Deposits will be lost for cancellations made less than 21 days before your stay, unless we can fill the vacancy. If we are able to fill your booking, your deposit will be returned less a $50 cancellation fee. If you decide to cut short your stay after it has commenced, you will be liable to pay for the whole amount of your stay. Please note for Leeuwin Concert weekend, Easter, Xmas and New Year (between 20/12/12-07/1/13) and any long weekend, if you cancel less than 21 days prior, you will be liable for the whole amount of the stay, unless we can rebook the cottage, for the same period as your booking. Should the cottage be rebooked there will be a cancellation/admin fee of one nights accommodation applicable.

No show policy: One nights accommodation will be charged in the event of a failure to check in without prior cancellation.
General Cancellation:
One night stay cancellation will incur a full 100% cancellation fee.
Two night stay cancellation will incur a 50% cancellation fee.
Three or more nights cancellation will incur a 30% cancellation fee.
